orry, but I'm busy all day with pre-booked appointments, so I can't answer the phone.  Please leave me a brief message on my ansaphone.  My Personal Assistant - Wendy will call you 6pm to 8pm,  unless you prefer another time.  By phone here, you can gain information, have answers to all of your questions, book  an appointment, re-schedule an appointment, or cancel an appointment.  Wendy is very experienced and  can answer all of your questions, plus she also has experience of being a client herself.  If she can't get you by the 3rd attempt Wendy will leave a message, unless you prefer not to?  Wendy will answer all your questions about:  whether I handle your challenges / goals, my location, my cost per session, number of sessions needed, what is therapy like, success rates / client feeback reviews, etc.  Due to Wendy having had personal experience of recieving Therapy from me, she is happy to share her personal experience. 

Wendy can book you in for a free long no-obligation consultation with option for therapy straight after (total 90 minutes).  Or you can just book a free short 15 min consultation only, to discuss your needs without obligation, you may then have a 10 day wait for a therapy appointment.  
Find out how you could move your life forward, in a positive, calm, confident, motivated, successful way.  For confidentiality, if someone else answers when we call, we only say: "It's Wendy (or Jeana), please ask her/him to ring me back, they have my number".  You then have the choice later, to say we are a friend, colleague, job agency,  etc.  Sorry, (but unless there is a cancellation) there is often a 10 day waiting list for an appointment.  A good, experienced, qualified, effective Therapist will always have a waiting list and the very best service is always worth waiting for.

NEW APPOINTMENTS CANNOT BE MADE VIA EMAIL, as this definitely needs a 2-way discussion.  This email service can only be used where a client has already been seen and assessed, or for other Health Professionals, or Businesses where I already hold an account.  

We do not respond to sellers of advertising space or goods, unless we already have an account with you. 

The only 3 reasons for using this email address are:

1) Clients (already seen and assessed), who wish to re-schedule an appointment, or gain information.  Only where they can never be contacted back (via voice or text), on any weekday, between 6:00pm and 9:00pm, or anytime at weekend, (from your initial answerphone message to us).

2) Client's GP, or Consultant, or Psychiatrist, etc, who prefer not to leave a confidential answerphone message, and/or cannot be contacted in above times. 

3) Businesses who needs to contact us re an existing account for advertsing or goods, etc, who prefer not to leave a confidential answerphone message, and/or cannot be contacted in above times.  *
New sellers will not be contacted back as we run an extremely busy professional practice.
