A to Z LIST of CHALLENGES 
& BARRIERS, CONTROLLED BY YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS
 
Before you look at this long list to check if your problem, fear, barrier, challenge, target or goal is included, first understand now how your negative subconscious part of your mind works!  Discover now, how your own SUBCONSCIOUS is presently holding you back, using the same old DESTRUCTIVE HABITS to sabatage your new, positive, successful future.  You can't change your yesterdays, but you can now STOP your old, NEGATIVE, very out-of-date, faulty connections.  These self-limiting connections push you to think, feel and behave in the same old way.  I guess you don't CHOOSE to wear old clothes, that are 5, 10, 20 or 30 years out of date?  So why then would you choose to use old negative thoughts and feelings, that are 5, 10, 20, or 30 years out of date?  Before you check if your problem, challenge or barrier is on the A to Z List below, think carefully about the following famous phrase.  This well known phrase explains your self-limiting beliefs very simply indeed.  The phrase is: 'If you always do what you always did, you will always get what what you always got.'  Finally, you can now discover how to gain the new power, support and easy methods, to change your tomorrows today?

IS THE SUBCONCSIOUS PART OF YOUR MIND HOLDING YOU BACK?
You may be very surpised to hear that approximately 75% of what we try to do positvely every second, every minute, every hour, every day, may be sabotaged negatively by our subconscious.  You mind is the biggest computer in the world.  Leading scientists around the world have spent millions and millions trying to build and develop robots and computers to copy the mind's ability.  They fail because the mind is so complex and unpredictable.  Deep within the mind is the subconscious (the filing cabinet), we store information and habits and behaviour down here.  If we had to store everything (piles of paper) in the conscious, life would become slow, chaotic and messy.   Here deep in the SUBCONSCIOUS is positive ability and potential to empower success and happiness, or the negative CONTROL and DESTRUCTION of your positive concsious drives and motivations.  Here deep within the subconscious, are your many negative, destructive barriers, stopping success, harmony and happiness.  These negative fears, memories and barriers lead you to repeat the same old SELF-LIMITING thoughts and feelings, which drive daily negative habits and behaviours, like a viscous circle.  Ever get that frustrating feeling and said to yourself: 'I seem to take one step forward and two steps back again!'  Most of the time the SUBCONSCIOUS files information away fairly neat and fairly effectively.  However, sometimes useful positive and motivational information is misfiled (lost) or is WRONGLY CONNECTED to negative, old events in the past.  Powerful techniques used within Clinical Hypnotherapy can used to remove the negative fears, problems, challenges, clutter and barriers in the subconscious.  You can finally be RELEASED from the frustrating chains holding you back in the negative, self-limiting past.  These highly motivational and empowering Hypnosis release-methods are also included in some parts of my Counselling and Coaching therapies.

There are many kinds of personal, work, and sports challenges I can help you with.  With step-by-step support I can EMPOWER YOU, to remove barriers, challenges, fears and problems, stopping you gaining success, peace, harmony and happiness.  Rather than me trying to force your problems to fit into whichever method I am trained in or I prefer, you can instead benefit from my experience, qualifications and success in all 7 potential methods below.  So your own unique challenges and fears can be empowered towards success, with the very BEST METHOD or mix of methods, to exactly suit you as a UNIQUE person with unique needs, worries and desires to improve your life, work, relationships, or sports. 


To greatly benefit you, I am trained, qualified and experienced in all 7 methods:
 

1) Clinical Hypnotherapy: ideally removes and replaces, or drastically reduces, all your old, negative, subconscious thoughts and experiences.  The invisiable chains holding you back are then released, to stop driving your present negative, unhappy symptoms and problems.  Sometimes (if needed) we safely go back to the old event, without discomfort, to removes old, root causes and their present-day connections.

2) NLP: (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming), re-models and re-frames your own thinking and communicating with yourself and others, into new positive, successful behaviours.  Most successful people in work, sports, education, or science, model themselves on others whom they respect or aspire to be. 


3)
CBT Counselling/Psychotherapy: (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), exchanges old, negative, out of date, self-limiting beliefs, thoughts, feelings, behaviours, for new positive ones.  Your old, deep, automatic beliefs are practically evaluated to test if they are still real, valid and useful to your todays success.


4)
Integrative Psychotherapy: more sessions and therefore more cost, as we go deeper, going back to the roots of problems, before we establish present solutions to move forward.  However, this approach may also be used briefly, to diagnose, monitor and report, to Solicitors or Employers, in cases of accidents, or long work absences.  Diagnostic Tools may be used e.g. Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress, Complicated/Traumatic Grief, etc.  Following this a forward Counselling approach may be more cost-effective.  


5)
Integrative Counselling: less sessions needed and therefore less cost, dealing with and coping with the present, going forwards.  This includes reflection, problem-solving, decision making and learning new practical coping tools.


6)
Life Coaching: to reflect, decide, plan and gain targets and goals, in life, work, relationships, or career.


7)
Performance Coaching: to plan, deliver and monitor increased performance in life, work, or sports.

 

Therefore, I don’t have to try to fit you into JUST ONE METHOD, which may not be best for you as a UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL.  By using one or more of all 7 methods, I can plan and deliver the BEST FIT around your challenges fears, problems and barriers, to empower you to best ACHIEVE your unique targets and goals.

 

With the exception of Stop Smoking (via Hypnotherapy), all other challenges, problems, fears and barriers are BEST overcome via the use of more than one BEST method.
